Outage update for Southeastern Minnesota Customers Learn More
The Public Service Company of Colorado Gas and Electric Affordability (GAP-EAP) programs are rate payer funded non-emergency energy assistance programs administered and supervised by Xcel Energy. Participation is based on available funding for the programs.
Customer outreach for income-qualified customers will be done through auto enrollment for households that have received and qualified for (LEAP). Colorado income qualifying gas and or electric customers are defined as those customers who received assistance for the current or most recent heating season from the Colorado Low Income Energy Assistance (LEAP) program. The (LEAP) program is a federally funded state supervised, county administered program.
Install ceiling fans to keep cool air circulating so you can turn down your air conditioner. Still, make sure to turn off your fan when you leave the room.
Always call 811 before digging in your yard to avoid hitting buried gas or electric lines. Not only is it the safe thing to do, but it's the law.
