If you're having trouble paying your total balance due every month, you may be eligible to sign up for a Pay Arrangement through My Account. To make it easier on your budget, a Pay Arrangement spreads your balance over one to three monthly payments.
When you have a Pay Arrangement, the amount due from your bill is split up to be paid over time. The amount can be split over one to three monthly payments. The monthly payments will include the amount of your current month’s bill plus the amount of your monthly Pay Arrangement.
To keep your Pay Arrangement, the payment for the amount due must be posted before the bill due date or on the bill due date. The total amount must also be paid.
You are able to sign up for pay arrangements if you are a residential gas or electric customer.
Our online pay arrangement feature will not work for you if:
Sign up for a Pay Arrangement online through My Account. Your down payment can be made using your bank account, debit card, or credit card. Payment with a credit or debit card is not available if you are a Texas customer.
To sign up for a Pay Arrangement in My Account, select the Pay Now option and then your method of payment. Select Next to proceed. If you are eligible for a Pay Arrangement, the available options will be displayed.
If you are unable to sign up for a Pay Arrangement through My Account, contact a customer contact representative at 800-895-4999.
Rather than crank up your heat in the winter, keep your thermostat at a moderate level and bundle up. (Who doesn't love fuzzy slippers?)
